Be careful, as some doors when locked can only be opened by destroying them.
You can hack turrets to help you or just destroy them and you can also lock doors to prevent genestealers from using a certain route. Genestealers will flank you from every angle so you will need eyes in the back of your head (or at least on the radar). Most of your time will be in small corridors with the occasional open area. You move slow with a small sprint bar so you have to be thinking on how you will move. In single player you lead a squad of three terminators. The campaign has a good story, nothing crazy or deep but good enough for the game and the special missions give an excuse to keep playing if you want more. In special missions mode you select one of a handful of classes to play as and can customize them. There is also the special missions mode which allows you to play a random mission or string of missions on one of 8 maps (the 7 from the campaign and an 8th bonus map). It also has light RPG elements to give some customization to your squad, just enough to fit your playstyle. In this mode you take control of the Librarian with access to almost everything. There are 9 missions across 7 maps (you revisit a couple). The main campaign takes ~8 hours to complete. The game is set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.
